I provide heart-centered therapy to individuals and couples in the Silverton Oregon. I love my work and feel passionate about helping people make positive changes in their lives. My speciality is working with couples and new parents coping with postpartum stressors and mental health issues. I also work with clients facing a variety of common concerns such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship conflict.   

Approach

I believe all people have the ability to overcome difficult obstacles in their lives and move toward a state of health. I see each person as an expert in their own life and work collaboratively with clients to deepen self-awareness and connect them to their capacity for inner guidance. I believe connection is the key to healthy living, connection to ourselves, one another and our environment. My approach seeks to provide opportunities to deepen these important connections.
